Hi, I’m Jess.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto (OISE).

My lifelong background in the performing arts, particularly improvisation, brings creativity and flexibility into my therapeutic work.

I am Level 2 certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I have also completed Complex Trauma Certification Training Level 1 & 2 and the Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies. I have supported clients in diverse settings, including The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and The Psychology Collaborative Toronto, and have facilitated a variety of therapy groups.

My Approach

My approach integrates a range of modalities, including Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Expressive Arts Therapy. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, burnout, chronic pain, and more.

I prioritize a warm and collaborative style, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique goals. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, anti-oppressive space that is BIPOC, queer, trans, and sex positive.

I am open to whatever path you would like to take on your journey to healing and growth. I use humour and encourage joy as we explore your past, present, and future. I reject pathologising people and see each person as an individual with their own needs and style of communicating and emoting.

I look forward to meeting you!
